            NVI’s Vaccine Technical Officers recently participated in the 22nd International Vaccinology Course hosted by International Vaccine Institute (IVI) held in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

            The course was focused on the theme of “Bouncing Back from COVID-19: Lessons for Vaccinology” and provided an opportunity for our officers to learn from world-renowned experts in the field. The 5-day course included interactive case studies and site visits to four different vaccine manufacturers, allowing our officers to build practical skills related to the science of vaccines and their development.

            We are proud to have our officers participate in such an important training program, which is a vital component of our work to accelerate safe, effective, and affordable vaccines for global health.
